Buenas noches everyone!!!😊😊
Recently, I had just finished my reading on this one awesome novel by John Green,
And..... it is really the best one! I would give it five stars, surely. Hahaha.
So, apparently, this story is about a prodigy named Colin Singleton who had been dumped by 19 girls whose names are all Katherine. That's why the title is what it is. After being dumped by K-19, he started a roadtrip with his bestfriend, Hassan who is a Muslim. Hoho. After that, the start of his new life began with him trying to create a Theorem of Katherines
Colin is actually a prodigy who has a high inteligence and yeahh...smart guy is always awesome. Haha. But in that book, people didn't think he was awesome because he was always always thinking hard and explaining factual statements to people. But yeah.. I like him. Actually I like this informational novel yet funny and interesting. It's beneficial!👍
From reading this book, I could know about many many things such as Archduke Franz Ferdinand -- which actually I had learned about him during Form 5 in History subject -- , 'bout Black Dahlia and her murderer, bout Einstein and where he stole the idea of mentol (from Nikola Tesla) and more. Yeah, I also add up more vocabs to my English cause this time it was not just about reading -- it was taking notes too!
Ahh... and actually, the setting for this story, which is Gunshot, does not exist veritably. Hoho..I thought that it was a real country. Furthermore, the Frans Ferdinand's grave was not there, it was just Lindsey's great grandpa's whose name was anagrammaticaly Franz Ferdinand.😅
Yeah yeahh...that's one important point in this novel. Anagramming. Colin likes to anagrammed any words he found, he did it quick. It was interesting and intelligent!
Besides, Collin had made function graphs for his Katherines' Theorem to predict how long the relationship between lovebirds lasts. It has once succeeded but failed at last. Eventually, he awared that the future is unpredictable. Haha. The act of him making a Theorem, a function graph all by himself, is just so damn smart-looking for me. But of course, I never read the explanation of the graphs which he created coz sure, I am not a prodigy nor a genius.😛😛😛
Okay, finish bout that. Now, I will shortly tell you bout his best friend, Hassan and his new friend (eventually his girlfriend), Lindsey Lee Wells. Hassan is a Muslim but hmmmm, his religion things is somewhat broken in this book. I dont really like bout that but that's what happenin now, right? People call they are a muslim but didnt act like one. How dissapointing! But after all, he is a good friend! Lindsey, whom they found in their roadtrip and stayed for quite a long time with, is a girl which type I like. Hahaha. In their first approach, I knew that I will like her. Haha. At last, (SPOILERRSSS) she made a good couple with Colin. The fun fact is Colin had been dumped by 19 Katherines and she had been cheated 1 Colin, which apparently made Colin the second Colin she dates.🙄
Ok..whatever..
I think that's all I wanna review bout this book. It is long enough, right? Hahahahhaha.. Above all, I wanna praise John Green for always always writing a unique and interesting, special stories. Plus, this story gives many informations and knowledge that I could learn. Fantastic!
Ok guysss...see you later.
Dont forget to visit my blog again.
I'll come up with another review on another story. Ahhahahahahhaha.
You likeee it?😜
Heheheheh...byeeeeee! Luv uu!
