Recently, I fell in love with Lee Dong Wook!!! Hahhahaha... so I wanna watch all of his dramas, but I had only watched My Girl and Hotel King. And you know what, the Hotel King drama has 32 episodes and wowwww that was the first time that I watched Korean dramas with that many episodes.
So so let me jump straight to the story. For me, the drama is so so so heavy because it is mostly about the hotel business, the revenge between some adults, old men to be precise. So I'm not gonna tell you about the story because it is so long, go watch it yourself :P So let me tell you about the characters. Hehehheheheheh
I like Cha Jae Wan the most. It is because firstly, he is very very handsome (oh my dongwook oppaaa) then he is strong. Not physically, but mentally. He had gone through many hardships since he was a child. Being born through unwanted pregnancy, separated from his mom at one year old, sent to the u.s and got beaten by his adopted caretaker, picked up by his own father at 11 y/o but then was beaten like an animal by him, being deceived and controlled by his blood father until he was 33 years old, being used, got in love and hate relationship with his lover, got scars all over his body and his heart too, didn't realize that his enemy is his own blood mother.....and many many more. Aigoooo my poor Cha Jae Wan T-T Every time you are hurt, I am hurt too. Fortunately, you got a happy ending at last after what you had gone through. Good for you, General Manager ;-)
But I don't really like the heroine (MoNe) you know..because her character herself is so annoying. She likes to wear sexy clothes, got his position easily because she is her father's descendant, likes to bother my Jaewan, always trust other easily and didn't know to do her own work without the help of others. And yahh she is quite arrogant. One thing that made me angry was when Jaewan was sick, she abandoned him just like that. Whatttttttttttttt???? Dasar lu cewekkk! I don't like it. Moreover, Lee Da Hae who brought this character was weird-looking in this drama. She didn't look natural like she was in My Girl. So it was weird to see her this time.
Luckily there was this one lady that I like..Song Chae Kyung. She is elegant and rich and more beautiful than Mo Ne. She was in the same high school with Jaewan and she had a long crush on him since then, but she got married to an old businessman because of some reasons (well the old man died after 6 months of their marriage). She always helps Jaewan to accomplish his goals but but but...he didn't see her as a woman T-T I don't know why he is blinded by that childish MoNe when a kind and helpful lady was in front of him all the time. Sometimes I was sorry to see her because Jaewan always used her and broke his promises to her. Such a bad man! I hope you'll find another greater man, Chae Kyung ;(
And other characters, well I think I'm not gonna tell about them, I'm so lazy. hahhahahah. But their acting is so great even though they are mostly old men. Baek Mi Nyeo, Lee Jung Ku.. every time I wanted to curse Jung Ku because he was a devil and like to threaten my Jaewan. Shetttt..
So so so I have learned many lessons from this drama that are motivating, which are:

- Don't trust others easily, even though they might look kind to you, but don't. Put a little hesitation to them because you might not know when you'll be stabbed on the back.
- Stand on your own feet. You can't rely on others all the time, because everyone has their own things to do. Don't be so childish.
- In this real world, not all things are sweet and nice and happy, because this world is full of hatred, greed, jealousy, so you must be strong to face them. Don't put your expectation high
- If you like a man who doesn't like you back and just using you when he is in need, don't wait. Just walk away. Don't be that stupid. You can find your happiness with others. Don't be trapped in your own illusion.
- You can't deny your bloodline. Although they had done something bad, you just can't get away from them, because they are still in your blood.
- Money makes you happy, but the happiness doesn't last long. You knew it already.
- Revenge will only make your life sadder. Avoid it if you can.
That's all I think. The story is great but it drains your brain a bit, so if you wanna watch a drama to relax, this is not the right choice. hehehe.. anyway my cha jae wan is so great in this drama. Go give it a try. XD
